We want to recognize individuals or groups who have made meaningful contributions to our city through acts of kindness, leadership, volunteerism, or outstanding service.
We are now accepting nominations for the Citizen’s Recognition Award, which honors those who have shown exceptional dedication to improving the lives of others and strengthening our community.

How to Nominate:
Submit your nomination by October 1, using one of the methods listed below. Nominations received after October 1 will be considered during the next calendar year’s review cycle.

- Pick up a form at Calimesa City Hall, 908 Park Avenue, Calimesa, CA 92320
Please include a brief description of the nominee’s contributions and why you believe they deserve this recognition.
Forms received after October 1 will be reviewed the following year.
